Auction 2010
Dear Parents and Friends:
Evangelical Christian School (ECS) holds a dinner auction each year which helps fund the needs of our school. This year the ECS Dinner/Auction will be held at the Harborside Event Center on Saturday, March 13th, 2010, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The mission of ECS is to expand God’s Kingdom from preschool to the 12th grade. This cannot be accomplished without the generosity and support of friends, families, and businesses in our community. The purpose of this letter is to ask for your support of ECS through this Auction.
We ask that you prayerfully consider making a donation to this worthwhile cause. If you feel led to help ECS, you may donate in one of the following ways: Providing merchandise, a service(s), a gift certificate(s), or any monetary donation. No donation is too small.
If you are able to donate, you may send your donation to the address below. Should you decide to write a check please make it out to Evangelical Christian School and remember it is tax-deductible.
If you are interested in attending the Auction Dinner, please stop by the front desk at the Early Education Center or the Main School. Come join us for a night of fun, fellowship and good food.
This year we will be offering child care at Harborside provided by the staff of the Early Education Center. Pre-registration is required. No drop in childcare will be available. Registration forms can be picked up at the front desk of the Early Education Center and the Main School.
