ECS Continuous Enrollment Opt Out Form (1 Per Child) I authorize Evangelical Christian School to rely on my electronic signatures and I understand that the electronic signature has legal binding effect. I understand and acknowledge that I can receive and retain a record of all forms I am signing by printing them or storing them on my computer. No Student academic records will be released unless all money owed the school has been paid in full.
