Founded in 1973, Evangelical Christian School is a Christ-centered, college preparatory, independent school. ECS is accredited by the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (FACCS), Cognia, and Middle States Association (MSA).
ECS is not affiliated with an individual church and has almost 100 local churches represented in the student body. An 11-member Board of Directors governs our school. Today, ECS is serving Southwest Florida families as the largest private school with more than 1,600 students from preschool through 12th grade.
