Wayne J. Rinkenback Memorial Scholarship Fund The Wayne J. Rinkenback Memorial Scholarship Fund is in honor of Mr. Wayne J. Rinkenback who was most passionate about his love for his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, and his love for music. He was a gifted & talented musician, he wanted to serve God through his music. Mr. Rinkenback studied music at Juilliard School in New York City. He played the violin, guitar and keyboard, his favorite instrument was the violin. He also had a beautiful singing voice & enjoyed writing songs. His favorite types of music were contemporary Christian and the classic Christian gospel hymns. Mr. Rinkenback served on a Christian evangelistic street ministry team for ten years, where he shined in playing music for the Lord. He also taught music to students in his home music studio. Mr. Wayne Rinkenback would like to have this scholarship encourage students to use their gifts & talents to help & serve others. He would be very pleased that this scholarship will help students with financial need, that otherwise might not be able to afford to attend a private Christian school. “My hope is that this gift will provide a Christian education to many students.” Mr. Wayne Rinkenback. Who can qualify: Any student who is currently enrolled in a Fine Arts class at ECS is eligible to apply for the financial aid request . Students demonstrating service hours and outstanding school community involvement are eligible for consideration.
