Gary Rullo

Coach Gary Rullo brings steadfast leadership, a heart for discipleship, and a commitment to developing athletes both mentally and spiritually. At ECS, he leads the Track & Field program with a focus on discipline, teamwork, and Christ-centered excellence, working with students of all experience levels.

2025 Season Highlights

Under Coach Rullo’s guidance, ECS Track & Field continued to make its mark in regional and state competitions:

• Halle Moss captured District 1A–12 championship in the 800m (2:27.19) and placed 7th in the state finals with a time of 2:22.77 (turn0search13).

• The girls 4×800 relay team, paced by Moss, earned a state qualifying time of 10:13.84 at Regionals and improved to 10:13.87 at the FHSAA 1A State Meet (turn0search13).

• ECS hosted several major events, including the Private 8 Conference Meet and South Fort Myers Wolfpack Invitational, helping student-athletes gain high-level racing experience (turn0search1).

Coach Rullo believes every athlete—regardless of event or experience—can grow in character, tenacity, and faith. His coaching philosophy emphasizes personal growth as much as performance, encouraging athletes to endure, encourage, and elevate one another in competition and Christ.
