Quarterly Celebration

Tuesday, December 19th. K4-5th grade may wear modest pajamas to school. Students not wanting to wear pajamas may wear their school uniform or their spirit shirt with uniform bottoms. This will be a fun day of watching clips from Polar Express, drinking hot chocolate, and relaxing in our pajamas!

Christmas Class Parties

Wednesday, December 20th. Please use the sign up genius sent out by your child’s teacher to rsvp to attend your child’s Christmas party. This will help our office staff to have your visitor pass printed and ready for when you check in at the front office.

Last Day of School for 2023

Our last day of school is on Wednesday. We Wish You a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year! We look forward to seeing everyone in 2024. Our first day back to school is on Tuesday, January 9th.

Track Meet

Our 2nd-5th grade Track Meet is on Friday, January 12th. 2nd-3rd grade begins at 8:30 and 4th-5th grade begins at 12:30. Parents are welcome to come, watch, and cheer from the stands.

Track Meet Awards

Awards will be given out on Friday, January 26th. 2nd-3rd will receive awards at 8:30 and 4th-5th will receive awards at 9:30. Parents are welcome to attend. The Award Ceremony will be in the gym. Please enter through the gym lobby doors.

Lower School Fun Run

K4-5th grade will be participating in our Lower School Fun Run. The Fun Run is on Tuesday, January 30th and parents are welcome to attend. More information will be coming home soon!

Following this guide will make sure we are fully utilizing all available parking space. Please note that during event parking we always park on a slant to allow more vehicles room to park.

Going, going, gone!
Semester 1 ends this week! Midterm exams are Monday-Wednesday. All students/families were previously emailed an exam schedule. Students will take two midterm exams per day, unless special exceptions apply (ex. some dual enrollment classes).

Any and all makeup work/tests/quizzes must be completed before students leave on Wednesday, December 20th, as this is the last day of the quarter and semester. The office will close promptly at 4 pm.

Show some Christmas spirit
Wednesday, December 20th, is our red and green dress down day. Students may wear school appropriate jeans (no rips, holes or tears) with school appropriate red and green/Christmas shirts. Some Christmas socks might be fun too!

Students may refer to the Parent Student Handbook’s dress code section if they have questions on what is considered school appropriate.

~ Students who have received a merit during the 2nd Quarter will enjoy a special PBS movie and snack on Tuesday. We are so happy to see our students serving and encouraging others.
~ Middle school students will participate in a special Christmas team building activity on Tuesday afternoon to celebrate the end of the semester.
~ Have a very Merry Christmas with your family and take time to reflect on the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
